Another of the Electric Skull's mercenaries, Robo-Kitten travels with Gladys as extra muscle. He's the victim of a bad nickname --the exoskeleton he wears was originally designed to be operated by a cat's brain, which was thought to be "intelligent, but docile." Robo-K...

It's rumored that some of the city's technology itself has been refashioned into a sentient form to suit Gladys' needs. These animate "tin cans", as they're referred to, form a last line of defense against citywide infiltration.

Gladys' new empire is a city built on water, so it pays to have aquatic transportation. That's where the Swamp Rats come in. They're Bloodshredders with training as frogmen -- or who eat frogs. One of those.

Gladys' speciality lies in setting a populace against itself in order to assume control. And when that fails, she has zombies and killer robots -- just in case.

Gladys is one of the Skull's main agents -- she was sent to set up a puppet government on one of the planets that recently came under his control. Then, she got bored, and decided to run the place herself.

Finding himself in a universe run by gangs and warlords, the Electric Skull started out as crooked accountant, then worked his way up. His own crew, Sectorgang, Inc, stomps heads the old fashioned way -- he buys them out. He now owns half the known universe.

Word is the Skull is a mid-level hood from an alternate future who wandered through a wormhole into the past in order to take over the universe. Either that, or he's a failed novelist. Our informant was foggy on the details.

Blind, horrific, ball-twisting evil.
